Conditions of payment: 30% advance to the booking, full payment to the arrival in the firm.
Caution money: € 100,00 / 150,00 for the apartment to be paid at the arrival as security deposit.
The amount will be given back on departure.
Services included in the price: overnight stay, water, electricity, gas for kitchen, sheet, final cleaning
Extra services: heating (upon request) Monticelli 2 € 20,00/day, Monticelli 3, 4 e 5 € 30,00/day;
extra bed accommodations 2C and 3B, 4B, 5B € 90,00 (LS) - 120,00 (HS)/week;
ospitality to pets € 50,00/week per pet.
