Monticelli is the business center of the farm and is an ancient building of the XV century, pleasant and rich of charm, typical rural stone abode restructured, in collaboration with Arch. Marco Petrini, preserving the original architecture of the agricultural civilization of the zone, functional with innovative solutions of energetic and water autonomy.

 

The complex of rural buildings, lying on top of a hill at 500 m above sea level in a privileged position in front of Gubbio, consists of various housing solutions on one or two floors and an ecological swimming pool, is surrounded by a larger green area and is fully accessible to people with a disability.

 

Nearby there's Montelujano, in front of Gubbio, another old building which has been recently restructured.
