Monticelli is an ancient country house situated on the top of a hill in calm and sunny position with panoramic sight of the plain and the city of Gubbio.

 

Inside the country house offers various accommodations in four independent self-catering apartments and two double rooms, with fine furniture.

The first apartment, Monticelli 2, 50 m² (living/dining room with double sofa-bed, kitchenette, one bedroom for two persons, bathroom also for handicap bearers), offers accommodations for 2-4 people.

The second apartment, Monticelli 3, 80 m² (living/dining room with double-sofa bed and fireplace, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), offers accommodations for 4-6 people. Ancient firewood oven (XIX cen.).

The two apartments can be rented as a whole unit, Monticelli 1, for larger parties (8-10 people).

A second building offers two other apartments, Monticelli 4 and Monticelli 5, 70 m² (each one with living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms), with housing solutions for 2-6 persons.

 

Outside a large garden, with the enclosed swimming pool, surrounds the house.

Montelujano is a country house of the XIX-XX century, typical example of rural architecture, in a relaxing position among the hills in front of Gubbio.

 

Inside there is a 65 m² flat (living dining room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom), with accommodations for 4-5 people. Country style furnishings.

 

Outside there is a large garden.
