of the plain and the city of Gubbio.
Inside on the first floor the country house offers various accommodations in two independent self-catering apartments, with fine furniture.
The first apartment, Monticelli 2, 50 m² (living/dining room with double sofa-bed, kitchenette, one bedroom for two persons, bathroom also for handicap bearers), offers accommodations for 2, 3 or 4 people.
The second apartment, Monticelli 3, 80 m² (living/dining room with double-sofa bed and fireplace, kitchenette,
2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), offers accommodations
for 4/5 or 6 people.
The property can be rented as a whole unit for larger parties (8-10 people).
Outside a gate delimits the last 400 m of the road that leads to a private garden of 1000 m² and to the house. Firewood oven. Parking area.

Montelujano is a country house of the XIX-XX century, typical example of rural architecture, in a relaxing position among the hills in front of Gubbio. Inside on the first floor there is a 65 m² flat. It has 3 rooms for 4/5 people: living/dining room with fireplace, a small kitchen, one double bedroom, 1 bedroom with
2 beds (+ ev. added bed), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. Country style furnishings. Outside there is
a private garden of about 1000 m² and a large parking area.
