architecture of the agricultural civilization of the zone, situated
on the top of a hill in a calm and sunny position with panoramic
views of the plain and the city of Gubbio. |

Conditions of payment: 30% in advance on reservation, full
payment on arrival at the firm.
Deposit required: € 150,00 (€ 300,00
for the Whole Property) to be paid on arrival for security. The
amount will be given back on departure.
Services included in the price: overnight stay, water, electricity,
gas for kitchen, bed linen, final cleaning.
Extra services: heating (upon request) Monticelli 2 € 15,00/day, Monticelli 3 € 20,00/day, Whole Property
€ 35,00/day; extra bed accommodations 2C and 3B € 70,00 - 100,00/week; ospitality to pets € 25,00
per pet.
Promotional offers (not cumulative with other offers): 5%
discount for stays of at least 14 days,
10% (HS) - 20% (LS) discount for last minute bookings (3 days before the arrival)
